Our mission
The heart of our business is managing design projects, from the creation phase through to technical completion, ensuring that projects are executed successfully whilst working within the project’s financial, feasibility and time constraints.

"Network" projects are generally supervised up to the deployment phase, with support during the first year to ensure the new concept gets off to a good start.

Our expertise
Feasibility studies: design, implementation, and cost control.
Project design plans and tender specifications (APS/APD/DCE): shell structure, layout, fitting-out, lighting and signage.
- Project management support: monitoring of prototypes, first-in-series, site meetings, on-site alterations.

Our presence in La Manufacture
Either in support of the creative teams of Saguez & Partners or independently, Program & Partners is engaged in projects of various sizes from 9m2 (the boutiques in the Eiffel Tower), to 123,000 m2 (Les Quatre Temps shopping centre).

Who we are
A management duo consisting of Gwenael Plesse, Interior Designer, and Chantal Colombel, Sales Director.

One Creative Director, Cyrille Moulins.

8 Project Managers with specialist qualifications: DPLG architect, Ecole Boulle, l’ENSAAMA, Saint-Luc, each with their own area of expertise based on their personal career development (layout, network deployment, project management, etc.).
